RTA wins the Nichiha 2015 Award GOLD PRIZE

Selected from 369 candidates, the Oyama Wellness Resort is a public-private aged care facility which is modeled on a concept hotel rather than a clinical institution. The master plan carefully integrates the facility with community amenities including sports field, kindergarten (aged 0-5), landscaped and market gardens. Located at the base of Mount Fuji, and designed by Riccardo Tossani Architecture, the Oyama Wellness Resort won the 2015 Nichiha Gold Prize.
